In line with this commitment, all of our clothing items are printed on demand, specifically tailored to each customer's order. This means that each purchase is considered a custom order.

As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty upon receipt. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items outside 14 days from your order being received.
